Terms & Conditions
NGEN is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of content being consumed through any of our products, or as a result of any bespoke consulting provided by NGEN.
NGEN confirms that reasonable care and diligence has been applied to producing all content, data, analysis, results and information displayed on our products.
NGEN will strive to respond to queries or technical issues in a timely manner — NGEN will respond with an acknowledgement and either a solution, or a plan for a solution within 24 hours of receiving a support related query via email or phone.
NGEN reserves the right to amend terms of service, with prior notice of at least 30 days.
NGEN will not be held responsible for loss in service due to outages at market data or server providers (e.g. Microsoft Azure).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please note that NGEN EQ does not offer any refunds or cancellations. We provide ample time for demo logins which are free to use. Please take your time before making the decision to purchase a login as it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
NGEN EQ collects only the personal information you provide during sign-up (name, email, phone number) and standard usage data needed to operate the service (login times, stocks viewed, reports generated). This data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
For payment processing we use Razorpay; payment details are handled directly by Razorpay and are not stored on our servers.
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below.
